Our Data Privacy Philosophy

At Linkoraa Ventures Pvt Ltd, we believe your personal data deserves the same care and respect you expect from a trusted friend. When we built Nexum, we made a deliberate choice: we do not sell your personal data as a source of revenue, and we take care in overseeing how your data is accessed and used.

Our approach to data privacy is simple — we only collect and share the information needed to operate our Service. We have designed Nexum from the ground up with privacy in mind:

• We do not require full legal names to register — a display name is sufficient

• Your phone number is never shared with other users unless you explicitly choose to disclose it

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes

• We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all applicable Indian data protection laws

• We provide you with meaningful controls over your data, including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information

• We use your data only for the purposes described in this policy and our Terms of Service

Summary of Key Points

We collect information you provide during registration (phone number, name, profile details), information generated through your use of the Service (events, tickets, matches, messages), and certain technical information collected automatically (device data, IP address, usage analytics).

Do we receive information from third parties? We may receive limited information from payment gateway providers (transaction status, payment confirmations) and from other users who interact with you on the platform (event invitations, match actions).

We share data with service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, payments, notifications, analytics), with other users as required by platform features (profile visibility, event participation), and with legal authorities when required by Indian law.

How do we protect your data? We implement technical and organizational security measures including encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure. However, no system is 100% secure.
